Description | CoP is an integrated database for co-expressed genes and biological processes in plants. The information of biological processes is based on the biological process aspect of Gene Ontology. The genomic data in this database, including such information, were obtained from the TAIR database. The co-expression analyses in this database were executed using the Confeito algorithm, an approach for co-expression network analysis. The renewal version has been released at March 12, 2009, upgraded from the CoexProcess database. It includes co-expression analyses in 5257, 3654, and 1388 assays ofArabidopsis DNA microarray datasets and 95 assays of Populus DNA microarray datasets. This database will be reinforced every month.
