MassBase start to supply "pre" version dataset, original binary file and metadata without text-formatted data (it is still waiting to process by pipeline but it is freely available) from the download page. 14044 CE-MS measurement data are deposited as "pre" data version 0.01. Text-formatted peak data of the "pre" dataset will be deposited in a stepwise manner.

      • [Add genes indirectly conneted with query genes] Up to 20 coexpressed genes in "gene page" for each of query genes are selected. Genes only connected with single gene is omitted.
    • New function is available to refine the obtained figure.
      After obtaining the gene network, user can refine the figure by following ways.
      1. Enlarge or shrink the figure.
      2. Set exact position of genes.
      3. Using spline edge.
        Before this renewal, the spline edge was always ON. We apply it OFF as default to draw larger gene network.

    JST "List of Published SNP-trait association studies by the Center for Genomic Medicine of RIKEN or other institutes"を新たに追加しました。 日本語訳とJSNP_IDを追加しています。 2010年3月4日にPubMedを検索し、理化学研究所遺伝子多型研究センター（現：ゲノム医科学研究センター）とその他の研究機関での研究を2002 年以降に発行されたものに制限して抽出しています。これらの研究機関のSNPと疾患との関係研究全てを網羅しているわけではありません。
    "疾患/形質関連SNPリスト"を更新しました。

    1. Graphical output is supplemented in the Web interface.
    2. -U option is added to spaln. With this option, alignment is computed without splicing. It may be useful when genomic fragment(s) are mapped/aligned with whole genome.
    3. Several small bugs in sortgrcd have been fixed.
    4. Occasional core dump of spaln with -M option has been remedied.
    5. A problem of makdbs command when the character '|' is contained in a second or later word in the header line of fasta file was fixed.
